2. Service Description
Benidorm4U (benidorm4u.com) provides online booking services for holiday apartments in Benidorm, Costa Blanca, Spain. X-TRAME STUDIO Kft. acts as an intermediary between tenants and property owners/managers.
3. Booking Process
3.1. Submitting a booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
3.2. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from us.
3.3. We will confirm or decline availability within 48 business hours of your request.
3.4. The confirmation email will include the final price, payment deadline, and any specific conditions.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. The binding price is stated in your confirmation email.
4.2. Payment details (amount, deadline, method) are provided in the confirmation.
4.3. All prices are in euros (β¬) unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation and Modification
5.1. To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us by email at benidormforu@gmail.com.
5.2. Cancellation terms (any applicable fees or refund policy) are specified in your booking confirmation.
5.3. Modifications are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
6. Guest Obligations
6.1. The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated in the booking.
6.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
6.3. Apartments are non-smoking unless stated otherwise in the listing.
6.4. Guests must comply with house rules and community regulations.
7. Liability
X-TRAME STUDIO Kft. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure). Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the booking.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
